Welcome to the Ivorian Customs Services Portal

The Ivorian Customs Services Portal is a digital platform designed to simplify, secure and modernise interactions between Customs and its various users. Available online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, it enables users to carry out administrative procedures online, track their progress in real time and benefit from centralised access to the services offered by the Customs Administration.

The Services Portal is gradually making a number of online services available to users, including:

Applications for Additional Code 703
Applications for VAT certificate management

Each service is described, including its access requirements, the documents to be provided and the various stages of processing.

Types of users concerned

The portal is designed for several categories of users, each of whom benefits from services tailored to their needs.

CDA (Authorised Customs Agents)

Authorised Customs Agents can carry out the procedures reserved for them online, track the progress of their applications and liaise with the relevant Customs departments.

Importers / Exporters

Businesses can submit their applications, view the history of their applications, track their progress and receive notifications regarding their applications.

A scalable platform

The Services Portal is designed to evolve gradually to incorporate new services in line with users’ needs and the Ivorian Customs Authority’s modernisation strategy. Our aim is to provide a single, simple, secure and efficient digital portal, fostering a more user-centred administration and the continuous improvement of public service quality.
